भगवान श्री राम जी के 9 सबसे प्रसिद्ध मंदिर
1. त्रिप्रायर श्री राम मंदिर, केरल:
यह मंदिर केरल के त्रिशूर जिले में स्थित है। यहां स्थापित मूर्ति के पीछे बहुत ही आकर्षक कहानी है। कहा जाता है कि यहां स्थापित मूर्ति का इस्तेमाल भगवान कृष्ण द्वारा किया जाता था। यह मूर्ति समुद्र में डूबी हुई थी और केरेला के चेट्टुवा क्षेत्र के एक मछुआरे द्वारा स्थापित की गई थी। इसके बाद शासक वक्कायिल कैमल ने उस मूर्ति को त्रिपयार मंदिर में स्थापित किया। यह मंदरि बेहद ही खुबसूरत है। मान्यता है कि जो भक्त यहां दर्शन करता है वो अपने आसपास की सभी बुरी आत्माओं से मुक्त हो जाता है।

2. कालाराम मंदिर, नासिक:
कालाराम मंदिर महाराष्ट्र के नासिक के पंचवटी क्षेत्र में स्थित है। इसका शाब्दिक अर्थ काला राम है। यहां पर भगवान राम की 2 फीट ऊंची काली प्रतिमा स्थापित है। माता सीता और लक्ष्मण की मूर्तियां भी स्थापित हैं। ऐसा माना जाता है कि 14 वर्ष के वनवास के लिए जब श्री राम, माता सीत और लक्ष्मण आए थे तब 10वे वर्ष बाद वह पंचवटी में गोदावरी नदी के किनारे रहे थे। इस मंदिर का निर्माण सरदार रंगारू ओढेकर ने किया था। इन्होंने एक सपना देखा था कि गोदावरी नदी में राम की एक काली मूर्ति है। इस मूर्ति को इन्होंने अगले ही दिन निकाला और कालाराम मंदिर की स्थापना की।
3. सीता रामचंद्रस्वामी मंदिर, तेलंगाना:
यह मंदिर तेलंगाना के भद्राद्री कोठागुडेम जिले के भद्राचलम में स्थित है। यह मंदिर वहां खड़ा है जहां श्री राम ने लंका से माता सीता को वापस लाने के लिए गोदावरी नदी को पार किया था। मंदिर के अंदर भगवान राम की धनुष और बाण के साथ त्रिभंगा के रुख में मूर्ति स्थापित है। देवी सीता हाथ में कमल लेकर उनके बगल में खड़ी हैं।

4. राम राजा मंदिर, मध्य प्रदेश:
यह मंदिर मध्य प्रदेश के ओरछा में स्थित है। राम राजा मंदिर भारत का एकमात्र ऐसा मंदिर है जहां श्री राम को भगवान के रूप में नहीं बल्कि राजा के रूप में पूजा जाता है। यहां हर दिन गार्ड ऑफ ऑनर किया जाता है। श्री राम को शस्त्र सलामी दी जाती है।
5. कनक भवन मंदिर, अयोध्या:
राम जन्मभूमि यानी अयोध्या भगवान राम का जन्म स्थान है। यहां पर स्थित कनक भवन मंदिर, अयोध्या में सबसे अच्छे राम मंदिरों में से एक माना जाता है। इस मंदिर के नाम के पीछे भी एक कहानी है। इसका नाम सोने के आभूषणों और राम और सीता की मूर्तियों के स्वर्ण सिंहासन के कारण रखा गया है। इस मंदिर को इस तरह बनाया गया है कि इसकी मुख्य दीवार पूर्व दिशा की तरफ है। जब भी सूर्योदय होता है तो उसकी दीवारें तेजस्वी दिखती हैं।

6. श्री राम तीर्थ मंदिर, अमृतसर:
यह मंदिर अमृतसर, पंजाब में स्थित है। जब लंका से आने के बाद माता सीत को राम जी ने त्याग दिया था तब उन्हें ऋषि वाल्मीकि के आश्रम में आश्रय मिला था। माना जाता है कि यह मंदिर उसी स्थान पर बना है। यही वह जगह है जहां माता सीता ने जुड़वां बच्चों लव और कुश को जन्म दिया था।
7. कोंडांडा रामास्वामी मंदिर, चिकमंगलूर:
यह मंदिर कर्नाटक के चिक्कमगलुरु जिले में स्थित है। हिरामगलूर में, परशुराम ने भगवान राम से अपनी शादी के दृश्य दिखाने का अनुरोध किया। इसी के चलते कोंडंडा में रमास्वामी की मूर्तियां हिंदू विवाह समारोहों की परंपराओं के अनुसार ही स्थित हैं। यह भारत का एकमात्र मंदिर है जहां माता सीता राम और लक्ष्मण के दाहिनी ओर खड़ी दिखाई देंगी।

8. रामास्वामी मंदिर, तमिलनाडु:
रामास्वामी मंदिर तमिलनाडु में स्थित है। रामास्वामी मंदिर को दक्षिणी भारत का अयोध्या कहा जाता है। यह एकमात्र मंदिर है जहां भरत और शत्रुघ्न के साथ राम, सीता और लक्ष्मण की मूर्तियां स्थापित हैं। मंदिर परिसर में अलवर सन्नथी, श्रीनिवास सननाथी और गोपालन सन्नथी तीन अन्य मंदिर भी स्थित हैं।
9. रघुनाथ मंदिर, जम्मू:
यह मंदिर जम्मू में स्थित है। यह बेहद प्रसिद्ध मंदिर है। रघुनाथ मंदिर परिसर में मुख्य मंदिर के अलावा लगभग सात अन्य मंदिर हैं जहां हिंदू धर्म के अन्य देवताओं को पूजा जाता है। रघुनाथ मंदिर की वास्तुकला में मुगल शैली की वास्तुकला का एक टिंट देखा जा सकता है।

1. Triprayar Sri Rama Temple, Kerala:
This temple is located in Thrissur district of Kerala. There is a very fascinating story behind the idol installed here. It is said that the idol installed here was used by Lord Krishna. The idol was immersed in the sea and was installed by a fisherman from the Chettuva region of Kerala. After this, the ruler Vakkayil Kamal installed that idol in the Tripayar temple. This temple is very beautiful. It is believed that the devotee who visits here becomes free from all the evil spirits around him.

2. Kalaram Temple, Nashik:
Kalaram Temple is located in the Panchavati area of Nashik, Maharashtra. Its literal meaning is Kala Ram. A 2 feet high black statue of Lord Rama is installed here. The idols of Mother Sita and Lakshmana are also installed. It is believed that when Shri Ram, Mata Sita and Lakshmana came for 14 years of exile, then after the 10th year he stayed on the banks of river Godavari in Panchavati. This temple was built by Sardar Rangaru Odhekar. He had a dream that there was a black idol of Rama in the river Godavari. He took out this idol the very next day and established the Kalaram temple.
3. Sita Ramachandraswamy Temple, Telangana:
This temple is located at Bhadrachalam in Bhadradri Kothagudem district of Telangana. This temple stands where Shri Ram crossed the river Godavari to bring back Mother Sita from Lanka. The idol of Lord Rama in Tribhanga stance with bow and arrow is installed inside the temple. Goddess Sita is standing next to him with a lotus in her hand.

4. Ram Raja Temple, Madhya Pradesh:
This temple is located in Orchha, Madhya Pradesh. Ram Raja Temple is the only temple in India where Shri Ram is not worshiped as a God but as a king. Guard of Honor is done here every day. Arms salute is given to Shri Ram.
5. Kanak Bhawan Temple, Ayodhya:
Ram Janmabhoomi i.e. Ayodhya is the birth place of Lord Ram. The Kanak Bhawan temple located here is considered one of the best Ram temples in Ayodhya. There is also a story behind the name of this temple. It is named so because of the gold ornaments and the golden thrones of the idols of Rama and Sita. This temple is built in such a way that its main wall is towards the east. Its walls look stunning whenever the sun rises.

6. Shri Ram Tirtha Mandir, Amritsar:
This temple is located in Amritsar, Punjab. When Mother Sita was abandoned by Rama after coming from Lanka, she found shelter in sage Valmiki's hermitage. It is believed that this temple was built at the same place. This is the place where Mother Sita gave birth to the twin boys Luv and Kush.
7. Kondanda Ramaswamy Temple, Chikmagalur:
This temple is located in Chikkamagaluru district of Karnataka. At Hiramagalur, Parashurama requests Lord Rama to show him the scene of his wedding. Due to this, the idols of Ramaswamy in Kondanda are placed according to the traditions of Hindu marriage ceremonies. This is the only temple in India where Mother Sita is seen standing on the right side of Rama and Lakshmana.

8. Ramaswamy Temple, Tamil Nadu:
Ramaswamy Temple is located in Tamil Nadu. Ramaswamy Temple is called the Ayodhya of Southern India. This is the only temple where the idols of Rama, Sita and Lakshmana along with Bharata and Shatrughna are installed. Three other temples Alwar Sannathi, Srinivasa Sannathi and Gopalan Sannathi are also located in the temple complex.
9. Raghunath Temple, Jammu:
This temple is situated in Jammu. This is a very famous temple. Apart from the main temple, there are about seven other temples in the Raghunath temple complex where other deities of Hinduism are worshipped. A tint of the Mughal style of architecture can be seen in the architecture of the Raghunath temple.
