हनुमान जी द्वारा माता सीता की खोज
श्री रामलीला समिति के तत्वावधान में सोमवार को माता सीता की खोज का मंचन किया गया। सीता माता की खोज के लिए अंगद कहते हैं कि हनुमान जी से शक्तिशाली कोई नहीं है और समुद्र को सिर्फ वही लांघ सकते हैं। लेकिन तब हनुमान जी अपनी शक्तियां भूल चुके होते हैं। तब जामवंत हनुमान जी को उनकी शक्तियां याद दिलाते हैं।

शक्तियां याद आने के बाद समुद्र लांघकर वे लंका पहुंच जाते हैं। यहां वे रावण के राजमहल में सीता जी को खोजते हैं, पर वे वहां नहीं मिलतीं। इसके बाद उनकी मुलाकात विभीषण से होती है, जो सीता माता का पता बताते हैं। रात में वे अशोक वाटिका पहुंचते हैं, जहां सीता जी को विभिन्न राक्षसी डरा रही होती हैं। तभी वहां रावण आता है और उन्हें भय दिखाता है। सीता माता रावण से कहती हंै कि भगवान राम उसका लंका सहित संहार कर देंगे। रावण के जाने के बाद हनुमान जी भगवान राम द्वारा दी गई मुद्रिका माता सीता के सामने डालते हैं, जिसे वे पहचान लेते हैं। तभी वे अशोक वृक्ष से उतर उनके सामने आ जाते हैं। यहां पर सीता और हनुमान का बड़ा ही मार्मिक संवाद होता है। इसके बाद हनुमान, सीता जी से अशोक वाटिका में लगे फलों को खाने का निवेदन करते हैं, जिसकी वे आज्ञा दे देती हैं।

हनुमान जी रावण के राजउद्यान को तहस-नहस कर देते हैं। जब यह समाचार रावण के मिलता है तो वह अपने पुत्र अक्षय कुमार को भेजता है, जिसका हनुमान जी वध कर देते हैं। इसके बाद वह मेघनाद को भेजते हैं, जो हनुमान जी को नागपाश में बांध लेता है और रावण के राजदरबार में लाता है। यहां पहुंचकर हनुमान जी रावण को समझाइश देते हैं, लेकिन वह उनकी बात न मानकर उनकी पूंछ में आग लगाने की आज्ञा देता है। पूंछ में आग लगते ही हनुमान जी पूरी लंका का विध्वंस कर देते हैं|

After this, Hanuman requests Sita ji to eat the fruits grown in Ashok Vatika, which she allows.
