पूर्णिमा व्रत कथा
पूर्णिमा तिथि का हिंदू धर्म में विशेष महत्व है। इसे धन दायक और संतान दायक व्रत माना गया है। जो लोग पूरे विधि विधान से पूर्णिमा का व्रत करते हैं और पूर्णिमा के दिन चंद्रमा का अर्घ देते हैं उनपर भगवान विष्णु और माता लक्ष्मी की विशेष कृपा होती है।
द्वापर युग में एक समय की बात है कि यशोदा जी ने कृष्ण से कहा हे कृष्ण! तुम सारे संसार के उत्पन्नकर्ता, पोषण तथा उसके संहारकर्ता हो, आज कोई ऐसा व्रत मुझसे कहो, जिसके करने से मृत्युलोक में स्त्रियां को विधवा होने का भय न रहें तथा यह व्रत सभी मनुष्यों की मनोकामना पूर्ण करने वाला हो।
जगन्नाथ मंदिर का पौराणिक इतिहास और इससे जुड़ी कहानी
श्री कृष्ण कहने लगे हे माता! तुमने अति सुंदर प्रश्न किया है। मैं तुमसे ऐसे ही व्रत को सविस्तार कहता हूं। सौभाग्य की प्राप्ति के लिए स्त्रियों को द्वात्रिंशत् अर्थात बत्तीस पूर्णिमाओं का व्रत करना चाहिए। इस व्रत को करने से स्त्रियों को सौभाग्य संपत्ति मिलती है। यह व्रत अचल सौभाग्य को देने वाला और भगवान शंकर के प्रति मनुष्य मात्र की भक्ति को बढ़ाने वाला है। यशोदा जी कहने लगीं हें कृष्ण सर्वप्रथम इस व्रत को मृत्युलोक में किसने किया था। इसके विषय विस्तार पूर्वक मुझसे कहो।
श्री कृष्ण जी कहने लगे कि इस भूमंडल पर एक अत्यंत प्रसिद्ध राजा चंद्रहास से पालित अनेक प्रकार के रत्नों से परिपूर्ण कातिका नाम की एक नगरी थी। वहां धनेश्वर नाम का एक ब्राह्मण था और इसकी स्त्री अती सुशील रुपवती थी। दोनों ही उस नगरी में बड़े प्रेम से साथ रहते थे। घर में धन धान्य आदि की कोई कमी नहीं थी। उनको एक बड़ा दुख था उनके कोई संतान नहीं थी। जिस वजह से वह बहुत दुखी रहते थे। एक दिन एक बड़ा तपस्वी योगी उस नगरी में आया। वह योगी बाकी सभी घरों से भिक्षा मांगकर भोजन किया करता था लेकिन, उस ब्राह्मण के घर से भिक्षा नहीं मांगा करता था। एक दिन योगी गंगा किनारे भिक्षा मांगकर प्रेमपूर्वक खा रहा था कि धनेश्वर ने योगी को यह सब करते देख लिया।
जानिये कैसे हुआ हनुमान जी का जन्म : हनुमान जन्म कथा
सब कार्य किसी प्रकार से देख लिया। अपनी भिक्षा अनादर से दुखी होकर धनेश्वर योगी से बोले और सभी घरों से भिक्षा लेते हैं परंतु मेरे घर की भिक्षा कभी भी नहीं लेते इसका कारण क्या है। योगी कहने लगा कि आपके धर्म हमें इस बात की आज्ञा नहीं देता है, क्योंकि अभी आप गृहस्थ जीवन में एक सुख से वंचित हैं। आपके घर संतान होने पर मैं आपके घर से भी भिक्षा स्वीकार कर लूंगा।
उन्होंने कहा कि जिसे संतान नहीं है उसके घर से भिक्षा लेने से मेरे भी पतित हो जाने का भय है। धनेश्वर यह सब बात सुनकर बहुत दुखी हुआ और हाथ जोड़कर योगी के पैरों पर गिर पड़ा तथा दुखी मन से कहने लगा की आप मुझे संतान प्राप्ति के उपाय बताए। आप सर्वज्ञ है मुझपर अवश्य ही यह कृपा कीजिए। धन की मेरे घर में कोई कमी नहीं है। लेकिन, मैं संतान न होने के कारण अत्यंत दुखी हूं आप मेरे इस दुख का हरण कीजिए। यह सुनकर योगी कहने लगे तुम चण्डी की आराधना करो। घर पहुंचकर उन्होंने यह सारी बात अपनी पत्नी को बताई और खुद वन में चला गया। वन में पहुंचकर उसने चण्डी की आराधना की और उपवास किया।
कैसे हुई माँ गंगा की उत्पत्ति जानिए इस कथा के माध्यम से: गंगा की उत्पत्ति कथा
चण्डी ने सोलह दिन उसको सपने में दर्शन दिए और कहा कि हें धनेश्वर! जा तेरे पुत्र होगा, लेकिन, उसकी आयु सिर्फ सुलह वर्ष होगी। सुलह वर्। की आयु में ही उसकी मृत्यु हो जाएगी। अगर तुम दोनों स्त्री और पुरुष 32 पूर्णिमाओं को व्रत करोगे तो यह दीर्घायु हो जाएगा। जितनी तुम्हारा सामर्थ हो उतने आचे के दिये जलाकर शिवजी का पूजन करना। लेकिन पूर्णमासी 32 ही होनी चाहिए। सुबह होती ही तुम्हें इस स्थान के पास एक आम का पेड़ दिखाई देगा। उसपर चढ़कर एक फल तोड़कर अपने घर चले जाना। अपनी स्त्री का इस बारे में बताना। सुबह स्नान होने के बाद वह स्वच्छ होकर शंकर जी का ध्यान करके उस फल को खा ले। तब शंकर भगवान की कृपा से उसको गर्भ हो जाएगा। जब ब्राह्मण सुबह उठा तो उसे उस स्थान पर आम का पेड़ दिखाई दिया और वह उससे फल तोड़ने के चढ़ा लेकिन, वह पेड़ पर चढ़ नहीं पा रहा था। यह देखकर उसे बड़ी चिंता हुई उसने भगवान गणेश की उपासनी की और कहा हे दयानिधे! अपने भक्तों के विघ्नों का नाश करके उनके मंगल कार्य को करने वाले, दुष्ट का नाश करने वाले रिद्धि सिद्धि देने वाले आप मुझे इतना बल दें कि मैं अपनी मनोकामना पूरी कर सकूं। इसके बाद वह पेड़ से फल तोड़कर अपनी पत्नी के पास पहुंचा। उसकी पत्नी ने अपने पति के कहे अनुसार, इस फल को खा लिया और वह गर्भवती हो गई। देवी की कृपा से उसे बहुत सुंदर पुत्र पैदा हुआ। उसका नाम उन्होंने देवीदास रखा।
गंगा जी की इस कथा से होगा समस्त पापों का नाश: गंगा सप्तमी व्रत कथा
माता पिता के हर्ष और शोक के साथ वह बाल बढ़ने लगा। भगवान की कृपा से बालक बहुत ही सुंदर था। सुशील और पढ़ाई लिखाई में भी बहुत ही निपुण था। दुर्गा जी के कथानुसार, उसकी माता से 32 पूर्णमासी का व्रत रखा। जैसे ही सोलहवां वर्ग लगा दोनों पति पत्नी बहुत दुखी हुए। कही उनके पुत्र की मृत्यु न हो जाए। उन्होंने सोचा की अगर उनके सामने यह सब हुआ तो वह कैसा देख पाएंगे। तभी उन्होंने देवीदास के मामा को बुलाया और एक वर्ष के लिए देवीदास को काशी में पढ़ने के लिए भेज दिया। एक वर्ष के बाद उसे वापस लेकर आ जाना। देवीदास अपने माता के साथ एक घोड़े पर सवार होकर चल दिया। उसके मामा को भी यह बात पता नहीं था। दोनों पति पत्नी से 32 पूर्णमासी का व्रत पूरा किया।
दूसरी तरफ मामा और भांजा दोनों रात गुजारने के लिए रास्ते में एक गांव में रुके। उस दिन उस गांव में ब्राह्मण की कन्या का विवाह होने वाला था। जिस धर्मशाली में वर और बारात के बाकी लोग रुके हुए थे। उसी धर्मशाला में देवीदास और उसका मामा ठहर गए। उधर कन्या को तेल आदि चढ़ने के बाद जब लग्न का समय आया तो वर की तबीयत खराब हो गई। वर के पिता ने अपने परिवार वालों से विचार विमर्श करके कहा कि यह देवीदास मेरे पुत्र जैसा ही है मैं इसके साथ लगन करा दूं और बाद में बाकी सारे काम मेरे बेटे के साथ पूरे हो जाएंगे। ऐसे कहने के बाद वर के पिता देवीदास को मांगने के लिए उसके मामा के पास गए और उन्हें सारी बात बताई। मामा ने कहा कि कन्या दान में जो कुछ भी मिलेगा वो हमें दे दिया जाए।वर के पिता ने बात स्वीकार कर ली। इसके बाद देवीदास का विवाह कन्या के साथ संपन्न हो गया। इसके बाद वह अपनी पत्नी के साथ भोजन न कर सका और मन में विचार करने लगा की न जानें यह किसकी पत्नी होगी। यह सोचकर उसकी आंखों में आंसू आ गए। तब वधू ने पूछा कि क्या बात है? आप उदास क्यों हैं? तब उसने सारी बातें पत्नी को बता दी। तब कन्या कहने लगी यह ब्रह्म विवाद के विपरीत है। आप ही मेरे पति हैं। मैं आपकी की पत्नी रहूंगी। किसी अन्य की कभी नहीं। तब देवीदास ने कहा ऐसा मत करिए क्योंकि, मेरी आयु बहुत कम है। मेरे बात आपका क्या होगा। लेकिन, उसकी पत्नी नहीं मानी और बोली स्वामी आप भोजन कीजिए। दोनों रात में सोने के लिए चले गए। सुबह देवीदास ने पत्नी को चार नगों से जड़ी एक अंगूठी दी और एक रुमाल दिया। और बोला की हे प्रिय! इसे लो और संकेत समझकर स्थिर चित हो जाओं।मेरे मरण और जीवन जानने के लिए एक पुष्प वाटिका बना लो। उसमें सुगंधि वाली एक नव मल्लिका लगा लो, उसको प्रतिदिन जल से सीचा करें और आनंद के साथ खेलो कूदों
जानिए कैसे हुआ प्रभु श्री राम का जन्म: प्रभु श्री राम की जन्म कथा
जिस समय और जिस दिन मेरा प्राणान्त होगा उस दिन यह फूल सूख जाएंगे। जब यह फिर से हरे हो जाएं तो जान लेना मैं जीवित हूं। यह समझाकर वह वहां से चला गया। इसके बाद जब वर और बाकी बाराती मंडप में आए तो कन्या ने उसे देखकर कहा कि ये मेरा पति नहीं है। मेरे पति वह है जिनके साथ रात में विवाद हुआ है। इसके साथ मेरा विवाह नहीं हुआ है। अगर यह वहीं है तो यह बताएं कि मैंने इसके क्या दिया है साथ ही कन्या दान के समय को आभूषण मिले उन्हें दिखाएं। कन्या की ये सारी बातें सुनकर वह कहने लगा की मैं यह सब नहीं जानता । इसके बाद सारी बारात भी अपमानित होकर लौट गई।
भगवान कृष्ण बोले हें माता इस प्रकार देवीदास काशी चला गया। कुछ समय जब बीत गया तो एक सर्प उसको डसने के लिए वहां आया। लेकिन, वह उसको काट नहीं पाया कयोंकि, उसकी माता ने पहली ही 32 पूर्णिमा का व्रत कर लिए थे। इसके बाद खुद काल वहां पहुंचा। भगवान की कृपा से तभी वहां माता पार्वती और भगवान गणेश आ गए। देवीदास को मूर्च्छित दशा में देखकर माता पार्वती ने भगवान शिव से प्रार्थना की कि महाराज इस बालक की माता ने पहले ही 32 पूर्णिमा के व्रत कर लिए है। आप इसको प्राण दे। भगवान शिव ने माता पार्वती के कहने पर उसे प्राण दान दे दिया।
कैसे हुआ श्री कृष्ण का जन्म जानिए इस कथा के माध्यम से: भगवान कृष्ण के जन्म की कथा
उधर उसकी पत्नी उसके काल की प्रतीक्षा कर रही थी, उसकी पत्नी ने जाकर देखा की पुष्प और पत्र दोनों ही नहीं है तो उसको बहुत आश्चर्य हुआ और जब उसने देखा की पुष्पवाटिका फिर से हरी हो गई तो वह समझ गई की उसका पति जिंदा हो गया है। इसके बाद वह बहुत ही प्रसन्न होकर अपने पिता से कहने लगी की मेरे पति जीवित हैं उनको ढूंढिए। जब सोलहवां वर्ष व्यतीत हो गया तो देवीदास भी अपने मामा के साथ काशी चल दिया। इधर उसकी पत्नी के परिवार वाले उन्हें ढूंढने के लिए जा ही रहे थे कि उन्होंने देखा की देवीदास और उसका मामा उधर ही आ रहे थे। उसको देखकर उनके ससुर बहुत प्रसन्न हुए और उसे अपने घर ले आए। वहां सारा वगर इकट्ठा हो गया और कन्या ने भी उसे पहचान लिया। देवीदास ने इसके बाद अपनी पत्नी और मामा को लेकर वहां से चल जिया। उसके ससुर ने भी उसे बहुत धन दहेज दिया। जब वह अपने घर की तरफ चल रहा था तो उसके माता पिता को लोगों ने खबर कर दी। तुम्हारा पुत्र देवीदास अपनी पत्नी और मामा के साथ आ रहा है। ऐसा समाचार सुनकर पहले तो उन्हें विश्वास नहीं हुआ लेकिन, जब देवीदास आया और उसने अपने माता पिता के पैर छुए तो देवीदास के माता पिता ने उनका माथा चूमा और दोनों को अपने सीने से लगा लिया। दोनों के आने की खुशी में धनेश्वर ने बहुत दान दक्षिणा ब्राह्मणों को दी।
श्री कृष्ण जी कहने लगे की इस तरह धनेश्वर को 32 पूर्णिमाों को व्रत के प्रभाव से संतान प्राप्त हुई। जो स्त्रियां इस व्रत को करती हैं वह जन्म जन्मांतरों तक वैधव्य का दुख नहीं भोगती हैं और सदैव सौभाग्यवती रहती हैं, यह मेरा वचन है। यह व्रत संतान देने वाला और सभी मनोकामनाओं को पूरा करने वाला है।

Shri Krishna ji started saying that on this earth there was a city named Katika full of many types of gems, nurtured by a very famous king Chandrahas. There was a Brahmin named Dhaneshwar and his wife was very beautiful Rupavati. Both lived together in that city with great love. There was no shortage of money, grains etc. in the house. He had a great sorrow, he had no children. Because of which he used to be very sad. One day a great ascetic Yogi came to that city. That Yogi used to take food by begging from all the other houses but, he did not beg from the house of that Brahmin. One day the yogi was lovingly eating alms on the banks of the Ganges when Dhaneshwar saw the yogi doing all this.

Seen all the work in some way. Saddened by disrespect for his alms, Dhaneshwar said to Yogi and he takes alms from all the houses but never takes alms from my house, what is the reason for this. If you have children in your house, I will accept alms from your house also.
He said that by taking alms from the house of one who does not have children, I am also afraid of becoming impure. Dhaneshwar was very sad to hear all this and fell at the feet of Yogi with folded hands and said with a sad heart that you should tell me the ways to have a child. You are omniscient, definitely do this favor on me. There is no dearth of money in my house. But, I am very sad because of not having a child, you take away my sorrow. Hearing this, Yogi started saying that you should worship Chandi. After reaching home, he told all this to his wife and himself went to the forest. After reaching the forest, he worshiped Chandi and observed a fast.

Seeing this, he was very worried, he worshiped Lord Ganesha and said, O Dayanidhe! The one who destroys the obstacles of his devotees and does their auspicious work, the one who destroys the wicked, you give me so much strength that I can fulfill my wishes. After this he plucked the fruit from the tree and reached his wife. His wife, as told by her husband, ate the fruit and became pregnant. By the grace of the Goddess, a very beautiful son was born to him. He named him Devidas.

After saying this, the groom's father went to his maternal uncle to ask for Devidas and told him the whole thing. The maternal uncle said that whatever we get in the donation of the daughter should be given to us. The groom's father accepted the point. After this, the marriage of Devidas was completed with the girl. Both went to sleep at night. In the morning, Devidas gave his wife a ring studded with four stones and a handkerchief. And said hey dear! Take this and consider it as a sign and become stable. Lord Krishna said, Mother, thus Devidas went to Kashi. When some time passed, a snake came there to bite him. But, he could not cut it because his mother had already observed a fast of 32 full moons. After this Kaal himself reached there. By the grace of God only then Mother Parvati and Lord Ganesha came there. Seeing Devidas in an unconscious state, Mother Parvati prayed to Lord Shiva that Maharaj, the mother of this child has already observed 32 full moon fasts. You give life to it. Lord Shiva donated his life on the behest of Mother Parvati.

Here his wife's family members were going to find him when they saw that Devidas and his maternal uncle were coming there. His father-in-law was very happy to see him and brought him to his house. The whole class gathered there and the girl also recognized him. Devidas then left from there with his wife and maternal uncle. Her father-in-law also gave her a lot of dowry. When he was walking towards his home, people informed his parents. Your son Devidas is coming with his wife and maternal uncle. At first they did not believe after hearing such news. But, when Devidas came and touched the feet of his parents, Devidas's parents kissed their foreheads and hugged both of them. In the joy of the arrival of both, Dhaneshwar gave a lot of charity and dakshina to the Brahmins.
Shri Krishna ji started saying that in this way Dhaneshwar got a child due to the effect of fasting on 32 full moons. The women who observe this fast do not suffer the pain of widowhood for many births and always remain fortunate, this is my promise. This fast is going to give children and fulfill all the wishes.
